A pipeline for provisioning craft and industrial geographical indications under Regulation (EU) 2023/2411.

The flow runs seed list → national-register qualification → structured extraction → official-geodata cartography → trilingual output → EUIPO compliance gate. Two country profiles ship, Germany (DPMA) and Italy (MIMIT/UIBM), but the pipeline itself is country-agnostic — everything jurisdiction-specific is isolated in profile modules, so a third country is a profile, not a fork.

The compliance gate is the interesting part: it refuses to emit a filing that would not survive examination, and says out loud which article it failed.
